Festivals galore

When June arrives, we locals almost feel a little bit overwhelmed. There is a new festival every weekend, and at the same time there are exciting sports tournaments not to be missed. Have a look at Stoppested Verden, Hamar Ølfestival, Hamar middelalderfestival and Kirsten Flagstad Festival. It is amazing to see the vast number of people our many cultural and sporting events attract.

Our many cultural arenas, which includes Hamar Kulturhus – a new cultural centre hosting an array of renowned national and international artists – offer a plethora of events throughout the year, and bring enthusiasm, good vibes, tears, and laughter.
