Then you are invited on a journey from city to countryside in Eastern Norway, where cod in lye (lutefisk), semi-fermented trout (rakfisk) and aquavit are on the menu.

· Thursday, November 5th 
Arrival Gardermoen airport/ Norway. sightseeing OsloAccomodation at hotell in Oslo.

· Friday, November 6th 
Transfer by buss to the Mjøsa region
o Guidet tour at Atlungstad brenneri, the local distillery for Aquavit, with a Akevit tasting-course at the end.
o Lunch at authentic Simenstad farm
o Visit black current farmer Helge on his farm Alhaug.
o Traditional cod in lye-dinner (lutefisk) at manor farm Hoel, where we also stay the night.

· Saturday, November 7th
Departure to Valdres – home of the Rakfisk festival.
o Guidet tour at Noraker Rakfisk – produser of the semi-fermented trout
o After lunch at Fagernes Hotel, out on the streets to enjoy the festival
o ‘Rakfisk’evening at a local restaurant (Steinfjøset or equal)
o Accomodation at Hoel gård

· Sunday, November 8th
Departure after breakfast.
